Customer service is Zurich’s focus at awards

Zurich International is sponsoring the award for Providing Excellent Customer Service at this year’s Isle of Man Newspapers’ Awards for Excellence.

Zurich International employs around 300 staff at its modern, purpose-built Zurich House headquarters at the Isle of Man Business Park. Zurich International has a detailed understanding of customer needs with clients including individuals, small businesses and mid-sized and large companies, as well as multinational corporations, which makes them an especially appropriate sponsor for this award.

The award is open to all types and sizes of organisation whether large or small, public, private or voluntary sector. It will be won by an organisation which can demonstrate excellence in customer service and the judges will be looking for evidence of the organisation’s ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, respond rapidly to changing customer needs and/or complaints, and deliver service that is different and better than competitors. The award winners will have to demonstrate how they delivered outstanding customer service by effectively coordinating people, processes, and technology.
